Bradley Nix grew up with a tool in his hand. His dad, being a handyman and a mechanic by trade, taught Bradley and his twin brother from a very young age all that he knew including a strong work ethic. At the age of 10, Bradley and his brother started an entrepreneurial business by fixing bicycles and selling them to the neighborhood kids.
By the time Bradley was 15, he began working at a custom cabinet shop assisting with a wide range of tasks including assembling and installing cabinets.
Bradley has always been a hard worker and a provider to his family, whom he loves very much! He strives daily to continue his father’s legacy of hard work and dedication as a role model to his four boys. Bradley wants to use his God-given talents to serve his community with integrity and excellent customer service as the foundation.
With these values ingrained in him, Bradley started Mr. Nix It Maintenance and Pressure Washing, LLC. After two years in the industry, Bradley wanted to expand his services and became a General Contractor. This is how Nix and Sons, LLC originated. Nix and Sons is a company that wholeheartedly cares for each customer and their specific needs.
Patty was born and raised in Honduras. At the age of 14, Patty and her family moved to the US in search of a better education and quality of life.
Patty lived in Plano, TX and moved to Allen, TX at the age of 15. Patty graduated from Allen High School and attended Collin County Community College in search of her passion. Patty knew that she loved math but didn't really know what to study. After many elective courses taken (trying to figure out what her passion was), she finally discovered that Civil Engineering was what God had in his plans for her.
Patty graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. However, Patty's most exciting achievement was not graduating as a civil engineer but becoming Bradley's wife!
Bradley and Patty met when they were 17 and 16, respectively. They met at church, and after many years of praying for each other, they got married!
Bradley and Patty got married on a HOT Texas summer day in July of 2009! In 2011, Bentley made his grand entrance to the family. Bentley brought so much joy and excitement. Bryson was born two years later, in 2014. Bentley was not as excited as mommy and daddy were; however, now Bentley and Bryson are best buds!
After two crazy boys, Bradley and Patty thought they were done. That's enough craziness for one household right?!?! Well, God had different plans. In 2018 Brody was born and in 2021 Brody's buddy, Berek (our miracle baby), was born.
Life with four sons has been an adventure but one that they enjoy every day! Bradley and Patty give glory to God for allowing them to parent the four crazy sons!
